If the online store does not accept local plastic cards, we will assist you. Service fee: for products up to $100 — $5, for orders over $100 — 5% of the total value. Send product links to order@camex.ge. For online orders, fill out the form in your personal account. Service fee: up to 50 GEL — 5 GEL, from 50 to 300 GEL — 10%, over 300 GEL — 5%. The company is not responsible for the quality or contents of the package. If the store does not ship to the warehouse in the USA, a commission of 18% will be added for orders under $100, and 16% for orders over $100.

Any cargo imported to Georgia is subject to customs control.  Customs duty need to be paid if the value of the parcel exceeds 300 Georgian lari. Customer should fill in timely the accurate information about the purchased item to avoid the unreasonable delay of the shipment delivery. If your parcel is subject to customs clearance, we will prepare all necessary documentation.

Customs declaration will be handed over to the customer together with his package. The receiver is liable for paying customs clearance fee. Payment of customs fee shall be made in any bank, within 30 calendar days from issuing the declaration.

Delivery service is available in all regions of Georgia, within 2-3 working days after distribution of the parcels from the company offices. In order to ensure on-time delivery of the shipment, shipping fee shall be paid while the package is on the way to Georgia. The Customer shall check the courier service box in his personal room and select the city. Customer will get the parcel on the address indicated in his personal room. If you have missed the first attempt at delivery, the status "impossible to deliver” will be assigned to the parcel and receiver will be responsible for picking up the parcel from the relevant pickup office location. However, the customer shall not be repaid the courier service fee. Please, contact regional office manager in case you need high-volume cargo transportation. 

Any individual or business customer being registered on CAMEX website and assigned the personal room number may enjoy our services. Using the personal room the customer may:

• Track location of the purchased item
• Fill out information about the shipment, fill in the balance and pay the shipping cost
• Select the pick-up office or delivery service

Customers can pick up their parcels during our business hours from Tbilisi and Batumi offices.  Arrived shipments will be sent to regional offices on Thursday and will be released to customers starting from Friday, in accordance with the flight schedule and office hours.

CAMEX is not responsible for the delays caused by Force-Majeaure or holidays. Announcements will be posted on company web-site or e-mail sent to a customer.
