Does Camex repack parcels in the US warehouse?
The carrier has the right to reduce the size of the package or repack the package at its discretion. Parcel size reduction/repacking means making the box as small as possible or moving the items into another box. In addition, packages containing: dishes, glassware, porcelain products, TV, monitor are not subject to size reduction/repackaging. If the customer does not want to reduce/repack the package or wants to reduce/repack a package that is not subject to reduction/repacking according to this clause, the customer is obliged to notify the executor in advance before ordering the package. In such a case, each case will be considered individually, the decision will depend on the agreement of the parties. In case the parties cannot agree, both parties have the right to refuse to provide specific services."

How can I use the Delivo service?

To use the service from Delivo branches, it is necessary:

How long is a parcel with an unknown status stored in the US warehouse?
A package entered in the US warehouse with an unknown status is kept for 45 days. After the expiration of the mentioned period, the package is destroyed.

What should we know when transporting a drone?
Drone or its parts can be transported by Camex service. However, in case of customs clearance, the declaration will be prepared and taken out from the Lazarus cargo terminal. It is necessary for the user to notify us in advance about the transportation of the mentioned item.

How does Camex work?
Creating an account
All customers having registered at our web-site will be automatically assigned sales tax-free address in the United States and an unique number which will be reflected in customer's personal room.Online shopping
While shopping online you should indicate newly assigned US address and your unique room number in the shipping address field at the retailer's online store. As soon as you receive shipping confirmation email from the seller the package will be sent to the destination.Filling out parcel declaration
If you have ordered goods from an online shop you must provide information electronically on our web-site. To submit information you will need tracking code from the courier company and invoice that proves the value of the goods. You should enter the tracking code in our system and fill out other fields of the declaration form including name of the online shop, value of the goods, quantity of items inside packaging. If the shop does not send a tracking code, the package info can only be uploaded in our system and reflected in your personal room after it's delivered to our US warehouse. By tracking your parcel you can check its location before it enters the warehouse.You should fill out declaration form according to all parameters in your personal room. Besides, in case of shopping in German online stores you must upload the proof of the order payment in your personal room. All parcels without declaration and proof of payment will be held at the German warehouse unless the requested info is provided.
Declaration of package is necessary to provide fast and safe delivery of your shipment to the destination.
How does warehouse work?
After the postal courier delivers the item to the warehouse, it will definitely be reflected in your personal room. The cost of transportation will be calculated as a result of the comparison of volumetric and actual weights (in the case of clothes and shoes, the price will be calculated only by actual weight.) Any shipment delivered to Georgia is subject to customs control, All information, which is uploaded on our system about your package, will be processed by customs officer and approved in case all data is correct. To ensure accurate customs compliance and timely delivery of your goods to the pick-up location, you should fill out all necessary information timely to reduce the risk of delays and penalties and speeding up the clearance process.
Undeclared packages are detained at customs office unless all requested information is provided by the customer that complicates on-time delivery of the package to the destination.

How is the package weight calculated
Shipping cost is based on volume versus actual weight of shipment. Dimensional weight reflects amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual one, shipping cost will be calculated according to the dimensional weight. But if the actual weight exceeds the dimensional one, shipping cost will be calculated according to the actual weight.

What is dimensional weight and how is it calculated
The cost of the shipment may be affected by dimensional weight of the parcel in case it occupies more space in the aircraft, rather than the actual weight.
For parcel from the USA and Turkey !!
Bags and backpacks (any), toys, auto parts, electronics and goods with dimensional weight not larger than 10 kg will be calculated by its actual weight. Clothing and Shoes will always be calculated by physical weight. If the dimensional weight exceeds 10 kg:
Dimensional weight is calculated according to the following formula:
- In case of measuring in centimeters: dimensional weight = length x width x height/6000
- In case of measuring in inches, dimensional weight = length x width x height/366

What should we know while shopping online
You should always fill out all fields in shipping address while shopping online in order to make shippers provide accurate and complete shipment information on the shipping label including name/family Name, address, unique personal number. If the correct information is missing on the package label or it is incomplete we will not be responsible for on-time delivery of the package to Georgia. The procedure may prolong for an unlimited period of time until company identifies the receiver/customer.

Due to US export regulations and carrier restrictions, international shoppers are not able to export certain items.
According to USA export and TSA regulations, any type of firearms, firearm accessories, parts, Optical Accessories , Optical binoculars and any type of weapon is restricted for shipping outside of USA. Such type items will be confiscated immediately by the warehouse and destroyed, or otherwise handed over to TSA department. Items will not be forwarded or returned to a different address or to the seller.

What are delivery procedures from online shop to our warehouse
Online shop sends the product to the shipping address indicated in the shipping field by the local mail couriers. Time of delivery depends on the origin, destination and shipping services. Packages are delivered within 1 to 7 days by local couriers. International shipping needs 1 or 2 weeks from Europe and up to 1 month from China. Delivery time may be prolonged by unexpected change of climate conditions or technical delays in shops or post offices.
We have no information about the package until it arrives in our US warehouse, therefore we accept no responsibility for it until it has been safely delivered to our warehouse. The information about your package will be uploaded in our system within 12-36 hours it enters our US warehouse and sent by the first available flight.

What we pay for local shipping
All online retailers use local postal services for internal shipping. Shipping rates are regulated under the terms and conditions signed between the retailer and the post office. In most cases local shipping cost varies within $4-7, but it may also be free. Local shipping is also regulated by discount promo codes or coupon free codes. What is estimate time of delivery and distribution schedule
Shipments are sent from the United Stated to Georgia twice a week: on Tuesday and Friday.
- Packages that are delivered to our US warehouse on Monday and Tuesday are sent to Georgia on Tuesday
- Packages that are delivered to our US warehouse on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are sent to Georgia on Friday
US warehouse works from Monday through Friday. The time of delivery from USA to Georgia is 4-7 Days.
Shipments are sent from Germany to Georgia once a week: on Friday
Shipments are sent from UK to Georgia once a week: on Wednesday.

Why it is necessary to fill in a package information in the personal room
All packages entering Georgia are subject to customs control. In order to avoid delay, it is necessary to place the accurate information (declaration) about packages in your personal room. Package declaration should be made immediately upon the package enters the US warehouse to avoid any type of delay and ambiguity.
You may fill in declaration in your personal room as soon as the seller sends you a tracking code.
If the seller provides you with a tracking code in advance, you should enter the information in your personal room before the parcel is delivered to our US warehouse and relevant tracking number assigned by our Company. Accuracy and correctness of the data causes the uninterrupted performance of service.
The Customer shall be registered only once, by indicating his ID number.

How to choose pickup office in my personal room
- You can choose the pickup office by checking the box in your personal room before the parcel arrives in Georgia.
- If you want to pickup the parcel permanently from the same office, you should select the pickup office from the settings - editing my profile in address form.
- If your parcel has a status "on the way" and you have not selected the pickup office, your parcel will automatically be sent to Saburtalo branch.

What should we know about customs clearance
Package(s) are subject to customs clearance if
- Value of the item purchased in one online store (unit or total price) exceeds 300 GEL;
- There are 3 or more similar items in a package.
- Total weight of the package is above 30 kg.Parcels that require customs clearance will have additional, service fee duty imposed on them.For parcels with the declared value of :300 GEL to 3 000 GEL -- 20 GEL3 000 GEL to 10 000 GEL -- 100 GEL10 000 GEL and above 300 GELThese changes are subject to business customers as well as regular customers.If your parcel falls within the specified price range, please make sure to pay the indicated amount to the government code : 707017021 and upload the receipt in your Camex account. Georgian customs will not allow us to prepare a declaration without the pre-payment, which means that CAMEX will NOT be releasing parcels, without the proof of payment.The customs value for the goods exceeding 300 GEL corresponds to the value of the goods including all the costs incurred (commercial price, transport, insurance) and 18 % VAT added. The customs value is calculated by the date of its delivery to the customs service, according to the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Georgia. No customs duty need to be paid id the value of parcel doesn't exceed 300 Georgian Lari. However, if you have parcels from the same store, on the same flight, their value will be summed by the customs and if it exceeds 300 GEL, you will have to pay taxes.
Non-citizens of Georgia are required to provide one-time tax-payer code that is required to prepare the declaration. Tax-payer code can be obtained from the revenue services. Every non-citizen of Georgia is required to pay the tax due upfront, provide us with the stamped receipt from a bank, that must also show the tax-payer code on the receipt. Please note that, only after fulfilling this process, we can release the parcel to the customer.
Customers that have a Diplomatic passport, must provide their Tax-payer code and Diplomatic Card, together with the Invoice. Using this information, they are exempt from the taxes.Please note that, parcels that require customs clearance, will not be handed over to the courier service, until the declaration is ready and signed by the customer.Parcels that require customs clearance, will not be released to third party, unless there is an official document from the notary bureau.Customs value declaration will be prepared by our company specialist and handed over to the customer together with the shipped parcel.
We are able to provide timely and accurate transmission of documents directly to our customs to avoid delays of the shipments.
Customs value should be paid within 30 calendar days upon the receipt of declaration in any commercial bank of Georgia.
Please, keep in mind that if you buy a product in other country than United States with a value over $200 and ship to the United States, it will be subject to customs clearance while entering the US.
Any product which is imported to Germany from non-European country and value of which exceeds 22 EUR is subject to customs clearance. We can arrange the customs procedures on behalf of our customers. The customs fee is 29% from the product's total value. Service fee is 10 EUR for Germany.

How parcel delivery works?
Parcels will be handed over to the registered customer (Identity card or passport shall be provided upon pickup of the parcel). If Customer wants another person to pickup his parcel from the office, he has to send notification at info@camex.ge) from the system registered e-mail, by indicating the tracking number of the package and personal data of the receiver. The Power of Attorney (Proxy) is also acceptable.
Due to safety reasons any parameters except personal email may be changed in our system.

Refund Policy
All refund claims can be made either in writing, email, live chat or via telephone. If your shipment is delivered to our international warehouses and has an authorized signature, but have not been uploaded in your personal room within 1 month, you can request refund. You must make your inquiry within 30 days of the mailing date. We do this by General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.
It is possible that US warehouse receives damaged or incomplete or empty parcel. If the damage or loss is visible we will not accept the parcel and notify the customer about it.
In case of invisible or concealed damage or loss we are not accountable for such parcels. We are not responsible for the packages
- if they are not packed properly by the seller
- if they have been delivered to another address by the post services
- if the purchase is made at ebay, or any other auctions or a seller is an individual
- if the item is pre-owned or refubrished
In case the package contains any kind of liquid, oil or belongs to fragile items, please contact our specialists before making the purchase.
We are not responsible if the delay, confiscation of the shipment is made by the customs service or any other state authorities due to the inner content of the shipment, and/or incorrectly declared documents or failure to pay the customs value by the customer.
In case of loss and/or damage of shipment by the company’s fault, we bear responsibility to refund it. The amount of remuneration will be determined by the value of products which is shown is the invoice but not exceeding the amount having declared by the customer in the declaration form.
We will not be accountable for the parcels that are not signed upon delivery by an authorized company representative.
Shipments which will not be picked up from our Tbilisi or regional offices within 90 (ninety) days shall be considered as company's or state property.

What should we know about USPS
Most of the US online retailers use USPS shipping USPS postage rates offer low-cost mailing and shipping prices for domestic & international, however everyone should know that mail delivery errors occur in USPS operation. What should customers know about the USPS mail delivery? Parcels are not actually delivered to the destination on Saturday, but proof of delivery is signed electronically. Actual date of delivery is Monday. Therefore the tracking status "delivered” can be really confusing to customers.
If you have additional shipping optionsavailable please, always choose UPS or DHL. FedEx sometimes pay the USPS to deliver items to destination. Therefore your package may be delivered 1 or 2 days late.
